In 2015, leaving her sumptuous job in Finance, Badra Bengeloune took a leap of faith and decided to realize her secret dream by creating her fashion brand: Laly Marrakech. Named after her own affectionate nickname, Laly is a refined, contemporary, and modern brand with the aim of fusing modern lines with traditional and typically Moroccan know-how.
Using only high-quality fabrics meticulously sourced in Italy, among the most precious producers of Como, each garment and accessory is handmade in Morocco and embellished with embroidery and decorations hand-stitched by expert craftswomen, giving each piece a relaxed yet sophisticated look.
Inspired by the deserted beaches of Chez Mounir, near Asilah, Laly’s first collection highlights Badra’s passion for travel, history, music, dance, and art, consolidating her belief that creative energy can come from any discipline or location.
Five years from its launch, Laly is an established name in the Moroccan fashion industry, and while Badra’s dream came true, her ambitions keep growing. Her biggest dream is that every woman will be able to express her originality and feelings through her own style by wearing one of her creations.
