Creative Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Head of Creative to join The Nopo’s marketing team. As an experienced driven platform creative and content is the heart and soul of everything we do.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with B2C/consumer brands, a strategic thinker with a passion for turning consumer insights into exceptional creative output, and a person that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the communications strategy to deliver engaging content across channels. 

  • Develop messaging strategy and provide visual and conceptual direction, including copy and design, for digital, video, email-marketing, social media and advertising.

  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers and increase engagement through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

  • Plan and oversee the implementation of the monthly content calendar, including magazine, newsletter, Live IG and events.

  • Ensure brand consistency & manage interaction with customers on all social platforms.

  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics. 

  • Execute the vision and road map of the creative across multi-disciplinary teams: social, product, and design.  

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years experience as creative manager, in international e-commerce or B2C products. 

  • Experience using data, research, and industry insights to inform decision making and measuring impact when it comes to creativity.

  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot

  • English - Level of native speaker

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Passion for everything creative, optimistic, curious and open-minded 

  • Experience in graphic design will be considered as a  bonus
