Al Centro Ceramica’s Tall Terracotta Pitcher is an elegant piece of dark terracotta and stoneware clay perfect to contain table water, flowers, or an evening punch to share. Handmade by master artisans using ancient pottery techniques from Jalisco and Guanajuato, each piece is finished with a transparent glaze on the inside and natural finish on its exterior.

Place as a centerpiece on a table or dresser to enjoy its natural beauty or as a reminder of Mexico’s rich artisanal history. The exact color of the piece depends on its location during the cooking process and variations in tone should be expected.

Designer Michele de Alba started her brand Al Centro Ceramica to connect the work of different workshops and offer a greater variety of products to clients looking for artisan ceramics while celebrating and recognizing manual work as an example of kindness and integrity. With time, she developed her own designs working hand in hand with artisans in Jalisco & Guanajuato, who developed a very particular style of ceramic, mixing different pottery traditions from the two Mexican states.
