About the role

The Artisan Relations Manager is a key figure in the growth of the Nopo as a global marketplace. Your primary focus will be to generate and secure new artisan leads in Mexico through research, networking and relationship building. Candidates for this position should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well-organized and independent, hold some background in the arts, and most importantly be deeply passionate about our mission to empower artisans worldwide.


Responsibilities include:


-Research and generate new quality leads
-Connect with local artisan organizations to create awareness

-Hold introductory calls and interviews for the purpose of screening candidates, introducing our values, mission and business model, explaining and supporting the onboarding process, and setting mutual expectations honestly and transparently
-Manage information throughout the onboarding pipeline using Airtable and Google Suite
-Once onboarding is complete, continue to maintain a relationship to ensure artisan satisfaction, alignment with our standards and values, and support onboarding of new collections
-Work with our Community Manager to coordinate live IG events

Requirements

-Excellent command of spoken & written Spanish + high level of English
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
-Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
-Professional background in the arts is preferred
-Basic or advanced knowledge of Airtable and Google Suite is a bonus
