About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Community Manager to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and growing communities of B2C brands through social media. They are a strategic thinker with a passion for turning consumer insights into exceptional creative output, a person that thrives in social and collaborative settings, and a skilled and creative content creator.

Responsibilities
  • Develop communications strategy and brand voice to deliver engaging and unique content across social media channels


  • Create actionable plans to grow following on popular social media platforms and increase engagement among our followers, artisans and designer partners


  • Plan, create, and implement the monthly social media content calendar


  • Manage communication with customers, followers and collaborators on all social media platforms


  • Manage outreach and communications with our brand ambassadors


  • Track and measure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
