This pretty set of 4 Italian Linen Hand-Embroidered Butterfly Cochineal Dye Coasters will enrich your table setting with natural colors and the flora and fauna of Mexico. Hand-embroidered by Mayan artisans in Yucatan in a process of artisanal production that is inherited by parents and children, the coasters are first dyed with Cochineal, a natural pigment abstracted from the cacti eating Cochineal insects native to subtropical South America.

Truly traditional and Mexican, these beautiful coasters will lighten up the table with their distinct design.
