A hanging lampshade made of iraca straw in the shape of a bijao leaf, the Small Turquoise Bijao Lamp is an elegant artisanal piece to add color and style to your living space. Inspired by the bijao plant, commonly known as the banana plant, which is abundant in the Caribbean area of Colombia, this piece is perfect to pair on a fuschia pink, green, or white background to bring out its color.

The iraca straw screen is tinted turquoise blue with natural minerals and woven by one of Alta Estudio’s dedicated artisans, Yaneris, in Usiacurí Atlántico.
