SHIPPING & TRACKING
Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.
From time of purchase, your order should arrive within 10-14 business days. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19 there maybe un expected delays.
Packages shipped are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or a refund.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations.
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Please note: Items that are Made to Order may take 2-6 weeks for delivery. A more accurate delivery time will be provided once you make your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to enjoy your purchase and not think about returns! If for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you ordered, you have 14 days to return or exchange it, provided you get in touch with our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.
The cost of shipping back a return item for orders from the U.S. is at The Nopo expense on orders above $100 and on the customer on orders below. Please note, the return will be to our U.S. operation center.
The cost of shipping back all orders from the EU is on the customer expense and will be to our EU operation center.

Please provide your order number, reason for return and a return e-mail address. We will reply within 48 hours.
Returned and exchanged items must be unused and in original condition. Please try the items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.
Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
Please note, we will refund the value of the returned item within two working days of your return reaching our facility.
We understand that sometimes you need your order to arrive super-fast. We will do what we can to accommodate. Expedited shipping will usually incur an additional shipping fee.

We use several couriers depending on the item, country of origin, weight and destination. Most often we use DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS.
